MassHousing’s $2 million Planning for Housing Production program helps municipalities with additional technical capacity to help implement their housing production goals. Understanding that cities and towns have unique housing challenges, plans and visions, MassHousing and its Planning & Programs Department are committed to being responsive to each community’s needs.

In FY'18, MassHousing provided grants to 15 communities who will use the funds to support a variety of efforts.
