These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to all Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency ("MassHousing") websites, including but not limited to www.masshousing.com, www.emasshousing.com, www.masshousingrental.com and www.massclimatebank.com (collectively, the "Websites").

The Websites are provided by Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency ("MassHousing") for use by the public. Please read these Terms carefully. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of laws principles. Any action related to these Terms shall be brought only in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and both parties waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
