GGRF Capabilities Document
This document highlights the strengths of MassHousing and the MCCB and explains how the MassHousing and MCCB combination can accelerate the success of National Community Investment Fund (NCIF) consortiums seeking to meet their Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) goals. MassHousing has identified an investable universe of GGRF Qualified Projects representing approximately 250 apartment communities with roughly 28,000 rental units over the next five to seven years.
Roundtable Report
MassHousing hosted an MCCB Roundtable on November 16, 2023, convening industry leaders from the fields of housing, environment, and government in order to introduce MCCB and facilitate a preliminary conversation around how the MCCB can contribute to advancing he state's 2050 climate goals in the residential building sector. This report captures the themes and trends of the discussion.
MCCB Strategic and Operational Plan
This Plan establishes the MCCB's initial lending strategy to help advance the Commonwealth's 2050 climate goals and support environmental justice and equity. The document includes a phased operational plan through 2028 and beyond to grow and MCCB's activities.
